What does depression exactly mean??
or What is Depression?
What if I say depression means being happy all the time?
Yes, you hear me right. Depression doesn't mean you are crying the whole day, you are not eating, not talking to anyone you are not being social. Depression does not always look like you staying in bed all day. Depression can look like you doing everything you normally do carrying around a constant feeling of emptiness and the urge to escape from the world even just for a minute because it all feels too much.

Symptoms of Depression

If you are feeling low unhappy, stressed with or without any reason, even a small thing starts irritating you, if u whether argue too much or you didn't speak a word if you want to share soooo many things but you prefer silence, if you are working without any break, either you are sleeping too much or having difficulty in sleeping, even you can't tolerate a small joke, feeling guilty, helpless or worthless, if the idea of suicide crosses your mind then dear you must speak about it.

How to overcome Depression?
Talk to your family, friends, your close to heart person about your feelings, how and why you are depressed, share your problem with them. Let them know you need mental support. Not speaking about your problems won't fix anything.
Psychotherapy can be a good option.
Exercise may help relieve mild depression.
Apart from this, start Meditation, morning or evening walk, go outside meet new peoples talk to them, among all give yourself just YOU time, say to yourself that you are strong enough to handle this situation. YES, YOU ARE. 


Everyone is fighting their own battle, some are dealing some are healing, the point is you have to be strong.
Mental Health has become a serious problem. Those who couldn't handle gave up on their live but this is not the solution you are a fighter and you will figure it out just have patience.

You know the worst part of being depressed is?
It is when you know you are not doing well you are depressed and you need someone to talk to but when you try to speak or you try to share what exactly you are feeling then other people ignore by saying ohh this is your part of being unhappy all the day without any reason or you are like dukhi aatma a sad spirit. 
Guys mental health is real
Depression is real so never ignore someone's sadness by crushing jokes.
Dont mame fun of anyone just for sake of your 2 minutes enjoyment. Stop manipulating others. Stop being judgemental.
Share smiles even your smile can make someone's day. Stop spreading negativity.
And please look around who really needs your mental or moral support.

Just remember SUICIDE IS NOT THE SOLUTION. This time will pass, after some year this problem won't even matter. So have patience and live for you for your family for your loved ones ;)
